Phillip Ribbeck
President, Commercial Services North America
Mr. Ribbeck is Repsol’s President of Commercial Services North America Unit in the LNG Division. In that role, he oversees the development of LNG receiving terminals, or capacity therein, for Repsol and its affiliates in North America, in addition to the marketing and trading of LNG and regassified LNG in North America. He is the Chairman of Canaport™ LNG Limited Partnership’s Executive Committee and is President of Repsol’s wholly owned subsidiaries involved in the Canaport LNG Project, including Repsol Energy Canada and Repsol Energy North America, the companies responsible for marketing the regasified LNG in North America.

Mr. Ribbeck has worked in the industry for over 27 years. Prior to joining Repsol, he worked with Amoco, and following the merger, BP, where he helped to develop Atlantic LNG Company of Trinidad and Tobago’s first three production trains.

Mary Usovicz
Vice President, External Affairs
Mary Usovicz is our newest addition to the New England team. As Director of External Affairs for Repsol, Mary will be spearheading the marketing and outreach efforts needed as we contract with our New England markets. Prior to joining Repsol, Mary was employed as Community Relations Representative for Tennessee Gas Pipeline for ten years in the Boston office. Mary was responsible for customer outreach as well as government relations for all of the major pipeline construction projects in New England. She brings a wealth of information in understanding the New England customer’s needs as well as the political landscape of the region.
Mary has over 25 years experience working in the public, media and government relations in New England. She has also worked for past Governors of Massachusetts and New Jersey as well as Director of Community Relations for the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority.

Vincent Curtis Morrissette
Vice President of Origination and Regulatory Affairs
Vince Morrissette is Vice President of Origination and Regulatory Affairs for Repsol Energy North America (RENA), where he leads a team that is responsible for the procurement of natural gas transportation capacity, the sale of natural gas, and the management of natural gas supply portfolios for markets in the Northeast U.S. and Eastern Canada. His team is primarily focusing on gas supply that will originate at the CanaportTM LNG re-gasification terminal in Saint John, New Brunswick, where an affiliate of RENA holds 100% of the capacity (1.0 Bcfd).
Vince has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry in a variety of roles ranging from field engineering to business development. He has broad experience in the Northeast U.S., including managing business development at Iroquois Gas Transmission from 2004 to 2006 and providing technical and analytical consultation for Tennessee Gas Pipeline’s northeastern U.S. expansion projects in the early 1990’s.

Colin D. Botts
Vice President North America Origination & Trading
Colin D. Botts has over 25 years experience in the natural gas industry. He has spent the last 15 years in various origination and trading positions and has extensive experience in upstream operations, gathering and processing. He has held origination and trading positions at Reliant, Texaco, and SCANA. Mr. Botts began his career in energy with Northern Natural Gas Company in gas acquisitions and holds a B.A in Economics from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
